In order for our organization, which operates in the food sector, to direct its work and for all our producers to produce with the same perspective, we adopt and commit to the following principles as our Halal Food Policy, in addition to our "Quality and Food Safety Culture Policy," to ensure food safety and protect human and environmental health:
✓ To produce with high efficiency and at the most economical cost in all production stages in accordance with the OIC/SMIIC1 standard, the Turkish Food Codex, our quality and food safety management system, Islamic Jurisprudence, and customers' halal food safety requirements.
✓ To prevent and manage halal food safety hazards that may be encountered from our suppliers to our consumers, and to ensure control and continuity of practices.
✓ To increase the competencies of our employees by providing halal training and to ensure their active participation in improvement activities.
